Hi @TeamYouTube We just received our first copyright takedown notice in 10 years of making videos. It was for 2 seconds of a drone shot that we had permission to use from the “SkyCam Algeria” team but the claim was filed by someone else from a Youtube video 5 years ago & 5,000 views.

They took the video down, stole the revenue & most importantly, issued a copyright strike that I take very seriously. We are extremely thorough in abiding to copyright laws, fair use, educational & accrediting properly when requested.

I have issued my appeal but this is absurd that for 2 seconds of footage within a 30+ minute video, from a completely unknown person that made no prior contact, was able to immediately take such ridiculous & wrongful action without any warning or notice.

Please help us remedy this situation. I’ve been making videos on your platform for a decade, with two channels & nearly a thousand videos - never had this issue.
