@ArloSmartHome used to be so good. It’s been a bug riddled disaster for months now. Just got woken up by a person knocking on all our windows. Arlo “armed” doesn’t record anything or notify. I even subscribe to your monthly service. Hopeless. Sort out the modes/automation please
@Austen In terms of metrics, we have our own growth formula, subs, churn and what ever feature we’re monitoring. Still learning this stuff🤔 we’re about to try google big query to segment our retention info which is a bit of a mystery right now.
@Austen We use @geckoboard for daily stuff. But use excel and spend a day once a week diving into/calculating our data. It’s not hi tech but we’ve found we have a closer relationship with what’s happening because it is so manual.
@dougscott Have always found that salary is a good challenge to do better. Pay more and you will find a way to cover it and some; it’s uncomfortable and that’s the point. This is a bootstrapped POV. Probably different with other ppls 💰
