There is no comprehensive federal law law stopping a non-citizen from being hired by the federal government. Not one.

We introduced the Hire American Act to end this. This bill restricts federal government employment to U.S. citizens and nationals only. Citizenship must be verified before any appointment. Anyone who lies on the affidavit faces up to a $50,000 fine and five years in prison.

American taxpayers foot the bill for every federal job in this country. Those jobs belong to American workers.

The fraud coming out of Democrat-run Minnesota is MIND-BLOWING: Four men pleaded guilty to bilking Medicaid in Minnesota through a company called Brilliant Minds.

Moktar Hassan Aden, 31, Mustafa Dayib Ali, 29, Khalid Ahmed Dayib, 26, and Abdifitah Mohamud Mohamed, 27, set up Brilliant Minds Services LLC in the Griggs-Midway Building in St. Paul.

They submitted claims totaling about $2.2 to $2.3 million under Minnesota’s Housing Stabilization Services program for roughly 350 beneficiaries.

Prosecutors say the company did not provide the full services it billed for. Each of the four personally took home between $300,000 and $400,000. They also shared a credit card that ran up nearly half a million dollars in personal spending.

When insurance companies asked for records, the group used artificial intelligence tools including ChatGPT to fabricate documentation in an attempt to hide the scheme.

A program designed to help vulnerable people find housing became a vehicle for large-scale theft of taxpayer money. All four now face sentencing.
