If i had to start trading from scratch, this is how i would go about it.

1. First i will get a verified mentor and i will stick to only his content alone (i will ignore everything else)

2. I will never quit my 9-5

3. I will use the propfirm route rather than funding on live account.

4. I will stick to swing trading from the get go.

5. I will never be obsessed with making money from the market.

6. If i get a payout i will not spend a single dime of that money (except on gadgets) instead i will get bigger accounts until at least $100k funded.

7. I will ignore all psychology videos and focus purely on gaining clarity on my style of trading. (That alone can solve all your psychology issues)

8. I will not obsess over win rate or crazy risk to reward (i will find a balance as i trade and improve)

9. I will find a way to document my journey on the Internet (it can help you scale faster if you started from 0 and can also be a form of a way to keep yourself accountable)

10. I will journal every single trades i take from the get go.

11. I will avoid starting a mentorship and starting a signal group or even joining one.

There's a lot more i would have done but i don't want to bore you with those.
