@HydeHousing An Hyde Housing surveyor accused me of causing a leak, forced me to hire a plumber within 48hrs despite no pre-inspection. She made it clear that if I'm not a fault I would get reimbursement. Plumber found no leak, cost was around £200. Hyde Housing refusing to pay.

Rear bike wheel got stolen. So much cons riding a bike in London. So far I've had 2 bikes, 3 seats, rear wheel and 1 handle bar grip stolen.

PC parts arrived, time to start putting it together. Can't wait to do some creative work, its a big upgrade!
