And to add to my frustration, it’s raining all day here in Dallas and my trunk is stuck open, so the interior of my trunk is getting more damaged by the minute. @Nationwide’s lack of response/urgency is literally adding damage that didn’t even come from the initial wreck.

On Wednesday morning, I was in a car accident. The other person was at fault. Dealing with that person’s insurance company, @Nationwide, to get my car assessed for damages has been a nightmare. Nationwide is definitely NOT on my side 🫠
