Was promised a receipt within 48 hours 6 days ago after waiting on hold for 42 mins and being transferred to 5 different departments, all who told me I could not have a receipt. Back on the phone for over an hour again today.

Never in my life have I experienced such poor customer service and such a terrible contact system. We have just spent £1,000 on a voucher for a charity raffle and we are been refused a receipt. Ridiculous.
