Leadership isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s steady. Sometimes it’s quiet. Sometimes it’s simply the willingness to go first.

In this latest video from UNDERESTIMATED, we’re proud to feature the first five senior players who have stepped into that role for this team. These young men represent the tone-setters—the ones who show up early, who push through conditioning, who hold teammates accountable, and who understand that wearing this jersey means carrying something bigger than themselves.

But this is only the beginning.

This senior class is 25 strong. Twenty-five young men who have grown together, battled together, and committed themselves to restoring pride in this program. Our goal is to honor every single one of them. This first group of five leaders is not about spotlighting a select few—it’s about starting a larger effort to tell the full story of a class that has given everything to this season.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll continue highlighting more seniors, more voices, and more journeys. Because UNDERESTIMATED has always been about the collective. About brotherhood. About legacy.
