Have you ever heard of Sergeant Hasan Karim Akbar (born Mark Fidel Kools) of the U.S. Army’s 101st Airborne Division?

He was sentenced to death for deliberately sabotaging and killed his fellow American Soldiers, because he was a moose limb.

Sergeant Akbar deliberately attacked fellow U.S. service members in Kuwait on the night of March 22–23, 2003, as his unit prepared for the invasion of Iraq.

He turned off a power generator to darken the area, then threw grenades into multiple tents where soldiers were sleeping and fired his rifle at his fellow soldiers emerging in the chaos.

The attack killed two officers—Army Capt. Christopher S. Seifert (shot in the back) and Air Force Maj. Gregory L. Stone (killed by grenade shrapnel)—and wounded 14 other soldiers.

In a 2005 general court-martial at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, a military jury convicted him of two counts of premeditated murder and three counts of attempted premeditated murder. He was sentenced to death.

Prosecutors showed premeditation, including diary entries expressing anti-American views, and intent to kill fellow American soldiers rather than fight against other moose limbs.

Sergeant AKBAR is one example of many which clearly illustrate why moose limbs should NEVER be allowed to serve in the United States Military.
