Hear me out - probably bad take:

Uncap the player level from 100 to Unlimited. Let the community earn either rewards like Units/Unstable Molecules per milestone level or collect small rewards like portrait frames, icons, emotes, sprays.

Maybe do a star level system similar to OG Overwatch's portrait level frames.

normal divers get flushed out if they're forced to engage with your whole team. as soon as there's multiple eyes on dive its in the divers best interest to disengage. if the diver is kingsman and they 1v6 you and your team then it was unwinnable from the start, its gg's next game

I play stratpool and i literally have never asked for/needed peels unless its legit 4 people on hard dive against *only* me which would be the whole team not counting healers. dive is a ragebait playstyle. ignore them. don't isolate yourself. go to ur team.

When i was climbing out of diamond on my tank alt, I played a game very similar to this, where a spiderman was tearing up the backline and at some point i wrote: "Our backline shouldn't be blowing up to a spiderman every fight" or something like that, and they responded "Well we are so now what?".

At that moment you have a choice to either just say "gg next" and let the backline keep dying, or work with your team to help them.

in that particular moment my team swapped around to help with the spiderman and we won, but I have also played with some really bad supports that would instantly blow up and we lost.

I think that two supports shouldn't have a problem with one diver, especially with how buffed they have been these past seasons, but some of them do.
