The federal judge in Trump's prosecution of James Comey blasted Trump's handpicked prosecutor, Lindsey Halligan, for taking an "indict first, investigate second" approach.

When one of Halligan's deputies said he had not offered Comey's team access to certain materials, the judge scolded him for placing an "unfair" burden on the defense.
