@andrezfu Would say it depends on how much data you can get. Mani is considered a winner because of his track record to win. If there's no track record, alternative data points would be used - fast & fit guy.

Although, could see being sold on fast & fit guy to be common in VC.

Unfortunately or fortunately, many of the lower skilled jobs like receptionists or admin assistants will be automated away to some degree (perhaps not completely but much fewer people hired). Super important to create more higher skilled/paid people.
