I am writing to bring to your attention the inconvenience I experienced during my recent journey with SpiceJet. On flight [SG87] from [Delhi] to [Bangkok] on [12/09/2025], the air conditioning system was not working properly throughout the duration of the flight.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and ensure that such issues are addressed promptly to prevent recurrence. I would also appreciate an update regarding the action taken on this complaint.
This caused significant discomfort to passengers, especially given the closed cabin environment. Proper air circulation and cooling are essential not only for comfort but also for passenger health and safety.
These people are doing good work but they are creating mess at our place. At least the work should be completed, it is not a good thing that you can get away with it by relying on others.

He was asked to go from place to place just to lodge FIR

Now they say that wrong parts have arrived, give us some more time, what is this, someone is waiting for so long, even after that one gets to hear all this and when they want payment, they do not wait for even a day
It has been more than 20 days since I gave my Kia Carnival car to the Kia service center in Jabalpur. Till now the parts are not arriving and dates are being given one after the other and three people are talking in which three have different statements.
