@DB_BGM_World The booklet doesn't say much about M23, just this: "Our last inclusion is M23, the well-known music for the Next Episode Preview."

I'm afraid I can't answer your second question. I've hardly watched Super at all and have looked at/listened to its soundtrack even less. Sorry.
