ARREST WARRANT VS. QUIBOLOY, INILABAS NA NG US COURT

Pinangunahan ng US Department of Justice – Criminal Division ang pag-unseal ng warrant of arrest laban kay Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) leader Apollo Quiboloy at kanyang kapwa akusado bilang senyales na isasama na sila sa Red Notice ng Interpol.

Sa report ng GMA News, ang pag-unseal ng arrest warrant ng US court authorities laban kay Quiboloy at kanyang mga kasamahay ay kaugnay sa kasong 43 counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud and coercion, at bulk cash smuggling na kanyang kinahaharap sa naturang bansa.

Base sa ulat, ipinagutos ni Central District of California Judge Terry Hatter Jr. ang unsealing of arrest warrant base sa kahilingan ng US Attorney for Criminal Division na humahawak sa kaso ni Quiboloy.

Ito ay nangangahulugang maaari nang isama si Quiboloy sa Red Notice ng International Police Organization o Interpol at sakaling magawa na ito, siya ay maaari nang posasan ng mga law enforcement agencies mula sa lugar na kanyang kinaroroonan.

Una nang inilagay ng US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) sa wanted list nito noong Pebrero 2022. Matatandaan na naglabas si Quiboloy ng kanyang video kung saan iginiit nito na siya ay nasa Pilipinas at hindi nagtatago sa ibang bansa.
