@timebat I don't want to see the future org expose itself to other problems when doing the right thing. Assuming it's a charity of some kind, not specifying up front what restrictions there are on appointing a Trustee opens it up to employment law issues.

All I want is that the important discussion #NineWorlds is going to have about inclusion should ensure it balances risks to inclusion (i.e. in this case, race and class), and is clear about that position

@semanticist we're able to do the best things to support her when required without impacting on provision for anyone who needs it more.
I hope that 9W is able to do the same thing with the future inclusion policy, so a working class PoC police officer could do the same thing. (2/2)

@semanticist Plus: the bigger point for me is ensuring it's communicated properly up front. I've been here with someone with Asperger's. They choose not to use the formal access provision, but, because it's so well communicated, (1/2)
