First 30 min I sat and wasn't working or sleeping in a week. Every real estate deal that failed, somehow all re-landed on my doorstep & overloaded us cuz I'm trying to grab them all. Dealing with banks and lawyers added a new dimension of busy in my life. Hanging in till summer.

I didn't realize I overbooked in MX. I got the mandem flying in to help. I need to hire a artist bookings person to make sure I don't cross schedule. Thankful for these two, they will get uploads and content while I work. The work doesnt stop here, day and night music & partying.
