@Clear my wife flew on 1/21 as well as today out of FLL and couldn’t use @clear either time arriving over an hour before her flight due to a lack of staff - faster to go through precheck. Kiosks sit empty while staff is escorting passengers- need training or more staff!

@FlyFrontier so I am a new elite gold member on our 1st booking; got an email offering free checked bags for everyone on the booking - but it was a pump fake - got a $79 bill at the airport - that “promotion” doesn’t apply to anyone with a paid carryon 🙄🤔 which is incl w/elite?
