Grades are so pointless and fake! They are in no way an accurate measure of learning. Especially now, they’re more infuriating than ever because 1) we have no idea if students are the ones doing the work, 2) there are a million distractions, and 3) we’re in a pandemic.

Just sent a message to my sons guidance counselor. In his IEP he has extra time on all tests due to his disability, #autism. In honors classes. 1 teacher will not provide it unless requested. This child has no self-advocacy skills. Don't think they will like my email but oh well
