1. Investment club - mnaweza kuanzisha investment club, kila member anakuwa shareholder, pesa zinakuwa invested kwenye hisa, hati fungani, real estate, etc, na kupokea gawio mwisho wa mwaka

2. Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) - Mnaweza kuanzisha kampuni/mfuko wa kuwekeza kwenye real estate tu kama vile apartments (airbnb), students hostels, a chain of low budget lodges, serviced offices. Mna appoint REIT manager kusimamia, na mwisho wa mwaka mnagawana 90% ya all rental income. Ila mtakuwa regulated na CMSA

3. Startup Investment Fund - Mnaweza kuanzisha mfuko wa ku invest kwenye “startups” na kuchukua shares kwenye hizo startups. Kama mna TZS 100m kwa mfano, mnaweza kuanza na TZS 20m per startup (pre-seed)

4. Packhouse - Mnaweza kuanzisha small packhouses kwa ajili ya matunda na mbogamboga maeneo mbalimbali kwa ajili ya ku “clean, process, package, na kuuza locally au export. Mnaanzisha “holding co.” ambayo ita own hizo packhouses, na members wanakuwa shareholders

5. Tractor leasing business - mnaweza kuanzisha biashara ya kununua tractors na kukodisha. Mnaanza kidogo, baadae mnakuwa na outlets, na app ina link farmers na tractors zenu (Uber for tractors). Hii inategemea mna mtaji kiasi gani

6. Rental equipment - Hii mnaanza kununua equipment mbalimbali kwa ajili ya rentals kama vile well-drilling machines, excavators, tiles fixing machine, catering equipment, n.k, hii pia itahitaji mtaji wenu mchange uongezeke kwanza

HITIMISHO
Hizi ideas zimezingatia biashara ambazo haziwahitaji sana mwepo, ila lazima ku hire watu au a specialized management co. to run them.
