also need lidl pain au chocolate, m&s strawberries, chip shop chips, spoons pints, parks, jubilee line train sounds and 3rd floor piccadilly circus waterstone
Desperately need a haircut but the more east I go the less I’m able to communicate what I want, so do I risk it or inevitably become a japanese ghost until I go back to London
Still trying to grasp Tbilisi, a lot of people are just pissed all the time? Is it a me tourist thing? Me Chinese thing? Threat of Russia that made society tense thing? over emigration thing? Dissatisfaction of the country’s position thing? I’ve heard so much
Maybe I should stop passively scrolling through pseudo motivational instagram reels… I wasn’t sure how this trip gonna end up but it’s going better than I thought… I’ve also spent so much money I feel like I need a 2nd income even tho I’m starting a full time job in September
Had the sudden urge to quit my trip midway and go back to London and lock in and start building a network of friends (left for this trip a week into moving to London) and work on myself to stop feeling ugly 💪&🫀wise
7th stop: Istanbul: I knew this was gonna be a key checkpoint at the continental divide… did not disappoint. So busy in the SE asian way but feels weirdly familiar and good to be invisible? Also cats EVERYWHERE :)
