@SBakerMD I drink way less coffee now on carnivore, for me it's more about when I start and stop drinking it. That morning first sunlight is more important I can wait for my body to wake up before have a cup. I also do not have coffee after let's say 12pm, that is huge for sleep quality.

I will forever be reminded of this each time I struggle to get the mower started up. 🤣 via Show Bits

The SpaceX Recovery team is still working to recover Flight 13’s Starship from the Indian Ocean. They’ve been overcoming challenging conditions and increasingly rough seas as they attempt to guide the 52m long spacecraft to port
🚨Starship40 Update Aug 7🚨
▶️Normand Ranger continued its NNE route during the night.
▶️In the morning, the ship and tow reversed course.
▶️Normand Ranger is showing a SSE course at 1 to 3 knots with restricted availability and a destination of Bali (although that has changed repeatedly)
▶️Normand Ranger is 787 nautical miles from Dampier and Bali (Benoa) is 799 NM.
▶️So more questions than answers from @SpaceX and Solestad.
🚨STARSHIP40 Update🚨
▶️Normand Ranger continued its tow towards Dampier at a little over 1 knot
▶️At dawn she halted and then started moving toward the north.
▶️It is not clear what is the issue, but the tow is not closing Dampier.
▶️The 12k ton, Liberian-flagged heavy lift Dongbang Giant #2 sailed from the east coast of India on July 24 and is in the Malacca Strait about halfway to Dampier.
▶️Dongbang Giant #2 may be a candidate to heavy lift Starship 40 back to the US

Slow Starship to Dampier - Space X's Starship 40 is Under Tow to Western Australia
⚓Satellite Insights: We analyze recent satellite imagery showing the three salvage vessels—Normand Ranger, Skimmer Tide, and Go Australus—positioning to recover the 170-foot spacecraft.
⚓Salvage Techniques: A look at how the Normand Ranger might be using specialized cranes and a unique "platform" to lift the Starship and prepare it for transport.
⚓The Challenge of the Tow: Why towing a vessel not designed for the sea requires a "catenary" line to absorb shock and a sea anchor to prevent dangerous pitching and yawing.
⚓AIS Tracking: Using Marine Traffic data to monitor the progress of the salvage fleet as they begin the slow, 800+ mile journey to Dampier, Australia.
⚓Timeline to Dampier: We calculate the estimated arrival time based on current speeds and the unpredictable weather conditions of the Indian Ocean.

SpaceX’s thirteenth Starship test flight on Thursday is going to be a big one.
The gap since the last flight will be about 55 days, which one of the quickest turnarounds so far. SpaceX is aiming for a monthly Starship launch cadence. They’re getting close.
During Flight 13, for the first time ever, @SpaceX will deploy actual Starlink V3 satellites (the video below shows simulators being deployed on the previous flight). These satellites will enable higher bandwidth, faster speeds, and expand global coverage. V3 has improved antennas, deployable solar arrays, and high-capacity lasers, and is also much bigger thanks to Starship.
Thursday will be an important day. It’s also the first launch as a Public Company.
