Since 32% of CO2 emissions comes from vehicles, local, state, and every government and every mayor need to initiate VEHICLE IDLING BANS, IMMEDIATELY! It will greatly accelerate United Nations Climate Change goals for 2030. The BANS have to include ALL UNECESSARRY IDLING ANYWHERE
