@AvantiWestCoast please please will you request your board considers investing in radically improved WIFI? If certain airlines and cruise ships can now do it surely a rail service can? Passengers could be a lot more productive which would enhance the value and experience!

@AvantiWestCoast Very sorry for the persons involved. Despite the inevitable delay to our 13.01 hrs from Preston to London today, I would like to praise our train manager for his exceptionally good regular communications keeping all passengers informed and updated throughout the whole journey. 👏🏼
@CrossCountryUK feeling ripped off on the 10.25am from Piccadilly, Manchester to Southampton today. In so called ‘1st class’ I & fellow passengers shocked at the shabby standards. Toilets are filthy, no food service, (only snacks eg biscuits crisps) unacceptable for a 4.5hr trip!
