@TeamYouTube, my YouTube account (https://t.co/YTKLQ1VrXZ) was hacked one week ago. Somehow, the hackers changed the owner account and channel name without our confirmation and uploaded a malicious livestream video using it. As a result, our channel has now been removed.

We have tried to follow the steps in this link (https://t.co/sM5N0bRcih) to recover our hacked account, but so far, we have only received a standard reply without many actionable solutions.

Can you please help us with this matter, @TeamYouTube?
