@AlTheBoss03 1976 Grey Cup. Tony Gabriel was a great player. Respect him greatly. But he killed my @sskroughriders that day. It was no different than if he’d walked up to 13 year old me and kicked me right in the nuggets.
“I know someone who had a litter box installed at her school.” No you don’t.
“I know someone who uses abortion as birth control.” No you don’t.
“I know someone whose kid went to school and came home a different gender.” No you don’t.
“I know someone who voted twenty times in the same election.” No you don’t.
“I know an undocumented immigrant getting free housing, healthcare, and groceries.” No you don’t.
Dolly Parton at the first show she ever played in Canada. It was on Feb. 20, 1972 at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre in Vancouver, where she was a special guest for Porter Wagoner's Traveling Road Show.
While not the headliner, many said she stole the show.

Dolly Parton proved you could have big hair, a bigger heart, a brilliant mind and no patience for anyone who underestimated you. She gave us timeless songs, millions of free books to kids, and enough wit and rhinestones to light up Tennessee. Heaven just got a lot more glamorous.
Dolly Parton created the Dollywood Foundation in 1988 to provide inspiration and educational resources to children.
The Imagination Library, inspired by her father’s inability to read, has donated millions of books globally to promote childhood literacy.
Thank you, Dolly.
Dolly Parton: My daddy told me that the Imagination Library probably was the most important thing I'd ever done. Inspiring kids to love to read became my mission. In the beginning my hope was simply to inspire the children in my home county, but here we are today with a worldwide program that gives a book a month to over a million children.
10 years ago today we played our final show together as a band. We still remember it like it was yesterday. Miss you Gord.
The live album arrives tomorrow, Aug 21, and the worldwide rebroadcast of that final show in Kingston airs Aug 22. More info at https://t.co/bHNcwN3bGI
@Devin_Heroux Devin, can you confirm that only two swimmers from a country can be in the A-Final? Both this and the previous heat standings you posted suggest so.
Thanks in advance.
Peter was an incredible broadcaster, the best at his craft, and the most prepared and hardworking person I’ve been around.
Pete was also just a great man. A rockstar who only carried himself like a teammate, friend, and mentor.
Rest easy, Pete. What an honour to know you.
@JGoldberg12@JohnSavageDJS Especially since at least one guy in the pen has to go tomorrow (either by DFA or option) to get Sewald on the active roster.
