In the aftermath of the unfortunate incident where young people are suddenly slumping are dying,
Pls read this and share:

Please i beg you if you are over 30years old, this is a passionate appeal:

Pls check your blood pressure every 3months. If your blood pressure is over 135/80, pls speak to a doctor the same week. If your blood pressure is over 170/110, pls go see a doctor within the same hour same day.

Pls check your blood sugar.
You can do this fasting or not fasting. If your fasting blood sugar is 7 or more, pls see a doctor. If your non fasting blood sugar is 11 or more, pls see a doctor.

Uncontrolled hypertension and uncontrolled diabetes can give NO signs or symptoms and the first thing may be heart attack and sudden slumping which may cause sudden death (even in the most advanced countries).

Please go check your blood pressure and your blood sugar. Especially if you are over 30years old. Many young people who suddenly slump and drop dead, this is one of the commonest reasons medically for it. Pls kindly do the needful. Prevention and monitoring is better than doing nothing and hoping for emergency care which may be too late.
