the past few months were rough. it honestly felt like i was drowning in everything, like life just kept pouring in and i couldn’t catch a break. but somehow, God carried me through. i am happy to share this feat that i am now officially gradwaiting. 🎓 see u pup gym (hahaha)
it's nlip season again! as a former nlip intern, the first month might be overwhelming for you - left and right case studies, workshops, discussions, and mentorship. beyond these, you'll be able to experience first hand 'what it feels like' to be in this service line.
@nonotjul hi! since it's prerecorded, good internet connection + make urself presentable. wala namang hr assigned during interview. may generated questions na magfflash sa screen and u'll be given minutes to answer that (u still have time to think), and afaik u only have 2 tries
@nonotjul it's somehow related to ur experience as a student - how u communicate, interact, exercise critical thinking, solve external conflicts, and the likes. if u hold also a position sa org or sa classroom niyo, u can make it as ur baseline to answer some qs.
@nonotjul i don't think we're allowed to disclose the exact questions (nakalimutan ko na rin hahaha). pero it varies per batch. sa batch namin, there were three qs only, composed of personal and situational qs. no acctg questions hehe
@gorapadeokmishu 2. i think u need to have a better or solid foundation with ur undergrad subjects. it'll help u a lot lalo na sa case studies since being part of nlip, maeexpose ka sa M&A, valuations, assurance, tax, etc. also, master the excel/Microsoft apps in general ++ soft skills
@gorapadeokmishu 1. we're not allowed to disclose the questions eh, and i think it varies per batch?will give u a gist nalang, it's a combination of personal and situational questions. (three questions only) u can answer it naman based on ur personal experiences as a student. no acctg questions
and, one thing you need to do para mas masaya ang internship life mo is to make friends with ur co-interns. utilize those group activities as ur opportunity to build rapport. ill assure you, it's one of the best risks i took (as a social butterfly)
