@AmericanAir still no contact from you. AA failed to transfer checked bag from AA194 to BA288 on Thursday 9/15. Your check in team contacted AA baggage super to ensure transfer. Told Y but big N. Reunited with bag in BLQ Friday 9/23 - night before return. Waiting 2 hear from you.

@AmericanAir We opened a Property Irregularity Report at BLQ BA Baggage Services on Saturday 9/17 at 345 am when the bag was a no show from AA not getting the bag transferred from your cancelled flight. You get bag transferred and there’s no need for this dialogue or need to submit a report

@AmericanAir promised checked bag on canceled LHR would be transferred to BA288 last night. Priority gate agents called baggage sups and said 30 bags were on their way to BA288. Well, bag can’t be found - BA says no bag on 288 and AA chat team can’t locate bag. #travel challenges

@AmericanAir The next step is for @AmericanAir to figure out how to minimize these issues for your travelers when you cancel flights. If you say you are moving the bag to another flight, your customers believe you. Now it’s my responsibility to file a report. Hmmm…
