The Supreme Court blocked Trump’s EO on birthright citizenship. But Kavanaugh’s concurrence was crystal clear:
Congress can fix this. The President can’t do it alone.
Rep. Greg Steube is already moving.
His bill: If the parents aren’t U.S. citizens, the child doesn’t automatically become one.
No more birth tourism scams.
No more illegal aliens crossing just to drop a citizen baby.
No more 1.5 MILLION Chinese-descent kids born here under the tourism industry… then taken straight back to China as dual citizens.
Only a handful of countries on Earth still do this garbage — and most of them are places like the Congo.
Guatemala doesn’t allow it. Almost nobody does.
Yet America keeps handing out passports like candy.
Steube has the bill. Jim Banks has one on the Senate side. Trump is pushing hard.
This should be a no-brainer priority.
Citizenship is not a loophole. It’s a privilege.
