🚨 TREZOR DATA BREACH:
This week, Trezor announced a data breach that exposed the personal information of thousands of customers: names, emails, phone numbers and home addresses.
Now someone knows where you live and that you hold crypto, all because you bought a hardware wallet to be 'safer'.
A good takeaway from this is that when ordering a cold wallet, it's important to never provide your personal information. In fact, try to find alternatives such as mailbox services or input your business address instead of your personal one.
On top of that, 13,689 affected users are going to be dealing with phishing attacks.
Another recent example of an issue with hardware wallets was the Coldcard case. About ~$38M was drained from around 500 wallets because of a vulnerability with the seeds.
What's even crazier is that many of these wallets had been sitting untouched for years.
This is the paradox of owning a hardware wallet.
Hardware wallets are a great tool for self custody, but they are not a magic shield as we've seen.
Your job as an investor is to understand the risks of everything you engage in, and minimize them to the best of your ability.

Israel controls the US media and almost all US politicians. How else can they openly commit a genocide to standing ovations in Congress and media headlines of self-defense? There has never been a more obvious example of total corruption. https://t.co/cmQzqe24p8
Decoding OHLC/OLHC: Candle Anatomy
By the end of this thread, you will understand the anatomy of candles and how to 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲 on OHLC/OLHC.
A Thread 🧵
A very strange move yesterday. Coin-margined calls closed their positions while the price was rising, then suddenly, as if they were caught off guard, they began to reopen positions with increased intensity. The funding rate then turned green again. There were hardly any short liquidations, with around $40 million, which isn’t really a significant amount. It got even more interesting on Binance; as the price rose, consistent shorting occurred. Multiple data points suggest the accumulation of perpetual short positions.
My analysis what occurred last night in the futures market on #Binance
Perpetual Market
Open Interest: Steady rise after midnight, indicating consistent participation. Traders were gradually building positions.
Long/Short Ratio: A balanced approach with a slight preference towards shorts, reflecting cautious optimism.
Taker Volume: Increased buy volume early in the morning, leading to a price increase, but also notable sell volume indicating profit-taking.
Coin Margin Market
Open Interest: Initially dropped but rebounded strongly later in the morning, signaling renewed interest, particularly in long positions.
Long/Short Ratio: Dominantly long positions towards noon, suggesting a more bullish sentiment.
Taker Volume: Similar buying pressure, but more aggressive, with higher volatility in the premium index, showing higher market uncertainty or anticipation.
Comparison and Conclusion
The Perpetual Market showed a more measured and cautious sentiment with steady interest, while the Coin Margin Market was more volatile, with traders swinging towards bullish positions later in the morning, despite an initial drop. The differing behaviors suggest varying risk tolerances and strategies between the two markets.

How can you unblock team members waiting for an API?
Mock servers.
Postman allows you to create mock servers to help with API development and testing.
A mock server simulates the behavior of a real API server by accepting requests and returning responses.
It allows you to simulate your API without having to build and deploy the real API server.
Why is this valuable?
Ever had team members blocked because they're waiting for you to ship a new API?
This is a pretty common scenario.
Mock servers enable you to unblock them.
This allows the frontend team to work with and test the API before the actual backend is ready.
Faster development cycles.
So how do we create a Postman mock server?
It's quite simple, and there are several options:
1. Create a mock server from scratch
2. Create a mock server from an existing Postman collection
3. Create a mock server from HTTP requests sent to your API
