The news today is that @SamTrans just bought more electric buses. Shoestring budget? Where? Why are they eliminating our bus service completely? We deserve answers, and more importantly, representation. To get that, we need help. Maybe @TheUnitNBC can help.

I would really love to see @TheUnitNBC get involved, because this is blatant. They completely removed bus service between Pacifica and SFO, YouTube campus, Caltrain, Skyline College, and more, while bragging online about expanding services in their own neighborhoods.

I woke up angry at @SamTrans again this morning! Probably because they cut off bus service between my town and: the county’s largest employer, the community college, the airport, both major shopping centers, and Caltrain

This’ll be until we can buy a second car, and I can find some time to take a refresher driving course since I haven’t driven a car in years. My commute would be ~20 minutes each way directly by car.

Bummed that this’ll be my last ride home from work on @SamTrans route 140, since they’re eliminating the route.

Starting next week I’ll have to take multiple busses, doubling my commute time from ~40 minutes to ~1hr20minutes (at best), with more walking on both ends.

Terribly sad to hear that Nichelle Nichols has passed. @kennethcoane and I had the honor of meeting her at a convention several years ago. We were just a couple of the hundreds of fans she met, but she was warm and genuine and kind. She gave a great hug. We have the photo framed.
