@iamkennethchan Still a wate of tax payer money. Regardless if it was budgeted. It should be put to better use to help the community. All that money for 30 minutes of fireworks and a night of disruption to the residents of the Westend. The garbage left behind to be cleaned up.

@KenSimCity Why don’t you spend the money where it is needed like more policing in the Westend. Bi law enforcement clean the streets make it safer for the residents. No need to waste money when it could be put to good use.
