The way ppl are moving right now is so puzzling to me. Since when did artists being able to produce music become a problem? Why are some people acting like the only explanation is that they're faking it or that HYBE is ready to hand out illegal credits just to manufacture an image instead of accepting that they can actually produce and are good at it? We've watched them do it live in under two hours multiple times, and they were doing it before debut. None of that is hidden. There is plenty great producers that worked with them and talked very highly of them too.
And no being artists who can produce does not make them "the next BTS." Where is the correlation? When did being able to produce become all it takes to replace BTS? What kind of crazy talk is that? They aren’t trying to be next BTS, no one ever said that other than ragebaiting trolls on internet that aren’t even coers, bighit isn’t selling them as next BTS either. Their whole group identity is built around being a young creator crew, so of course their involvement in music and not just music but all creative processes gets highlighted. When did that become such a big issue?
Cortis are busy doing idol work on top of making their own album, their own choreographies, and directing their own MVs. If they're credited on other artists' songs, it's because they have to make hundreds of songs, only a couple of which will get approved by BIGHIT for their album, so there are plenty of tracks other artists might like and that might suit them better. It's not because Cortis were specifically tasked with making another group's title track while they're on tour and making their own album.
Stop this mass psychosis, making crazy conspiracies over nothing. Everybody is reeking of insecurity right now and it is looking crazy.
i really love how cortis was honed, not just to become performers, but also producers, songwriters, and composers. i feel like being able to participate in a song’s direction not only showcases their creativity but also reflects their love for music. just like they say, a genius is not born, but made. at such a young age, i love how they’re taking being an artist seriously and continuously honing their craft beyond just performing.
they embody the real meaning of “young creator crew,” and they’re truly not just taking their place as the leaders of this generation, but also as the prime examples of what it means to be young artists who create, innovate, and shape the future of music industry.
