I can’t use my own face because Facebook thinks I’m impersonating myself. When did using someone else identity become okay to Facebook.

I was scammed into giving information and now my original Facebook page has been taken over by someone. I am locked out my own account and my friends and family have reported it multiple times yet Facebook still has the page up. I will keep posting until Facebook responds.
