@TraumaSoapBoxes I forget what the exact diagnosis was, but it was some sort of internal bleed that the site manager promised us was stable… pt arrives to the hallway, GCS 15, A+OX4, within ten minutes projectile vomits blood everywhere and loses consciousness. Fun.
He survived tho!
