@RyanSvenJohnson @enterprisecares I've got to say I am NOT impressed by your customer service. Your Earlsfield branch can't add my wife as second driver (Lexis Nexis check fail?) and ignoring agreed LN/Enterprise process for resolving. Not the first time either.

After talking to customer care, still no progress. by the way:
- in the event of a failed check, Lexis Nexis have confirmed to us that THERE IS A PROCESS that Enterprise Branch managers can follow/use to correct the error. We’ve called Lexis Nexis several times to confirm this.

@TheOverspill the other interesting thing about passwords: many (most?) actually prevent you from creating long random passwords (e.g. Diceware approach)!!
Now, perhaps Passkeys will finally solve the issue (although the experience isn't great/consistent)

@Jose_Cong Same in China/Asia. There's a generational thing about it as well: odd how in my company "younger" people use it. I don't mind it...much, except for this: It assumes the recipient has time to listen to you. Your time > mine?! Reading easier to gauge "urgency".
