@SubwayUK points removed from cards with no email and no correspondence. Left in a predicament where I had no money but a Savoir in the line helped . My mom was in life saving operation. I have emailed 8 times in two months and no reply . No phone number automated line.

@BorisJohnson What I don't understand is that we have been trying to book our jab and its still telling us that we can't have it. We are 5 months after our 2nd jab . It's getting rather annoying now that we see out Christmases and lives fall apart with higher costs and more expensive living .
