They are finalizing plans to tear it down and possibly move the Commanders back to the site but I wish they would invest the ridiculously overpriced amount to renovate the stadium and continue it's multipurpose use and keep it's iconic swooping roof.

@sullybaseball, loved the nostalgia episode. Ironically there is still one of the multi-use cement donut stadiums still in existence. It was the last one in use and even one of the ones with the most character....RFK in Washington, DC.

Sadly and/or ironically, it doesn't have any of that key nostalgia because baseball left town when it was born and returned when it was already run down and obsolete.
