Today marks the 31st day since the trial ended, most smaller civil cases have a decision around 1 month post trial, large cases on the other hand have a decision, on average, in 2 weeks from now.

the judge said she is a “stepping stone” in the battle between epic and apple. this means there will likely be an appeal after the winner is announced, but hopefully the judge requires epic/apple to bring fortnite back onto iOS while the rest of the battle finishes

1 week has now passed since the last filing which contained all of the corrected errors, so now I can confidently say that no more files will be submitted until a decision has been made

in the fortnite vs apple lawsuit the judge has been really working hard to get a winner announced. all files have likely been filed now, so we can expect to hear a winner soon!

No new filings have been added since Friday, which contained all the typo corrections in the testimonies, which is a very good sign that their will be no more documents and evidence filed and that now the judge has everything that she needs for a decision

@theo__geek The judge she said the august 13th thing was a joke Bc that was the day it got banned and she wants to help out the fnm community and try to get the verdict as soon as she can for us
