Hosted Dr. Nicholas Wetjen (formerly Mayo Clinic) at our S.T.E.P. endoscopic spine training program today.
He watched 7 cases—6 fully endoscopic—including a complex neuroforaminal decompression where we visualized L5 + S1 roots in the SAME view.
Just finished a UBE (biportal) endoscopy at C7–T1 for an HNP adjacent to a prior fusion — less invasive than a cervical TDR and done efficiently in our outpatient ASC.
Everyone keeps talking about endoscopy.

Listen, laugh, maybe grow something new. 🎙️
