1/ AI is a lever, not a magic box.

"Give me a lever long enough... and I shall move the world." 

But a lever needs a fulcrum. In 2025, that fulcrum is infrastructure (energy, compute). If you lack the skills (force) or the infra (fulcrum), the math is simple: AI x 0 = 0.

Nations that cannot train their own models will become epistemic colonies—importing their culture, logic, and facts from Silicon Valley or Beijing.
