@JennyAscendant@sappholives83 Tell us you didn't read the post without telling us you didn't read it. Where is the 'assumed conclusion'? The conclusion, if you had any literacy skill, is that: If you wouldn't accept the described behaviour against one minority, can you rationalize it against the other? Jfc
@AnimeTokki Considering who's writing it I don't have any hopes whatsoever... now if we had someone with the same level of commitment and faithfulness to the source as the liveaction One Piece? We might be cooking.
@Fc_cruise@YUNJlINHUH I've done a course in forgework at a rural college. Different metals conduct heat at different rates so while one end could be glowing red hot the other end *could* be cool enough to hold provided not much time has passed. Would not recommend guessing though, personal experience.
@pearlgodaymen@AzuHund@soulmatesSNS Looks like how my vision is going with my diabetic retinopathy, black spots of no vision floating around in my eyesight :/
@Kim015_reserva With the destruction of Irminsul Teyvat's 'unchangeable fate' has been completely unravelled, right? In fact we haven't really fought against The Abyss itself since Natlan, the Wild Hunt doesn't count since it was being directed by Rerir who had a completely different agenda?
@Debian19C Rude as hell sure but it was a one-off as far as I know and doesn't warrant being recast considering no names were dropped and no reasons were given because they knew better and said 'not on stream'. Certainly nothing on the scale of Corina/Kayli/Valeria etc.
@origamiburb Since I can't tell if you're being sarcastic I'll assume you mean that and say you're welcome, it's always nice to have a reasonable debate about something (even something as ridiculous as this) without degenerating to name-calling and virtue-signalling. Take care :)
@LoserOnDuty@mococcp@homogsauce 1. It wasn't a strike, it was a collective work refusal.
2. SAG-AFTRA had a list of properties being officially struck. Genshin wasn't on it.
3. SAG-AFTRA was ignoring their own Global Rule 1 letting union VAs work on a non-union project.
4. Refuse to come back, get the sack.
@origamiburb My point is that just because you and I think it's nothing to be worked up over doesn't mean those actually employing the VA will see it that way and that said VA really should act professionally in a public setting. If they got recast for it (unlikely as it is) it's their fault.
@origamiburb I agree with you. Do I think it was rude? Sure I do. Do I think this person deserves a witch hunt? No. Was it unprofessional? Maybe, that's not for me to decide. Do they deserve to be fired when it's the equivalent of throwing shade at a worker from another office altogether? No.
@origamiburb That wasn't remotely related to what I just said. I never mentioned who said what to whom, I just pointed out that the *way you behave in public* reflects on the company employing you. I personally think it's an overreaction too but it's not our place to judge, we don't hire her.
@origamiburb@18moptop You know plenty of other people have been fired from their jobs because of things they've said/done outside of work? Companies are free to drop someone who publicly acts in a way that could harm their reputation or isn't aligned with their interests.
@Blackberrydavi8@18moptop@starletli Guy took a VACANT role during a collective refusal to work (it wasn't a strike) while living in a completely different country from where the strike was taking place and you still want to call him a scab? Jfc get a life.
