@piersmorgan@Peston@lorraine@thismorning Lincolnshire Police is trying to take a stand against shop theft but it’s a long process. Not sure the short custodial sentence will be enough of a deterrent either. https://t.co/WeZClJogFy
@ChrisRyanMM At my Camaraderie Club in Sleaford, Lincolnshire we welcome all Veterans/ex Forces regardless of rank or length of service 👍 Getting together for a brew and banter is a lifeline for so many & that’s all that matters to us 🥰
Sunday shout out to the legend @SgtTempo who on world day of remembrance for road traffic victims is taking on 48 miles in honour of the 48 people killed on Lincolnshire’s roads in 2022. Please support him along with @RoadPeace & @Brakecharity if you can

This is Kieran. He is a GP and the husband of Lynsey who’s story I shared with you a few weeks ago. For those of you who don’t know Lynsey’s story already, her mental health deteriorated rapidly during her perimenopause. She sustained multiple fractures after trying to end her life and was in a trauma hospital for a few weeks. She was prescribed numerous drugs and even received nine sessions of ECT without any improvement. Kieran had to battle to finally have HRT prescribed for her which thankfully has seen her improve to the extent she no longer experiences these intrusive thoughts.
Sadly, Lynsey’s story isn’t a one off. There are many women who experience a decline in their mental health during menopause and feel the only answer is to take their own life. This ‘insight’ that Kieran describes here is something I see quite often and it’s very different to how people usually present when they are mentally unwell.
It’s really important that there’s more support for these women and that women’s hormones are not overlooked #WorldSuicidePreventionDay
@MatthewStadlen@MartinOneill31@LincolnDrill Really enjoyed it tonight 😊 Going to get Martins book on @audibleuk so I can listen to him telling me the rest of his story 😊 And we even sat on the front row with the Mayor and the Sheriff 😊 A fabulous evening - thank you both 😊
@rawlimark Wow you’ve inspired me to get my tandem booked - husband bought it for me nearly 2 years ago for a big birthday because apparently I always go 🙄 when people on I’m a Celebrity do it and scream 🤣 & I’m running out of excuses not to do it now 🤣
