JV wins over Staley 9-8. Grant Linzy leadoff walk in the bottom of the 7th. Moved to third with a bunt from Carsen Waugh. Cooper Duvall walks it off with a base hit to CF. Great effort on the mound. Brody Mulch battled through 3 1/3 INN, 2K. Will Marshall picks up the win in relief. 3 2/3 INN, 7K, 0ER. JV is now 4-1.

16U advanced to the top 8 with a 9-2 win. Derek Holmer led the offense with a triple and 3 RBI. Will Marshall had another stellar outing in the mound throwing a CG allowing 1 earned run and 6 Ks.

16U wins a 10-0 shutout. Will Marshall struck out 5 and allowed no runs through 6 IP. Trevin Nitsche, Landon Bishop, and Lane Richardson all had two hits a piece. Evan McDaniel led with three hits.

Congrats to Freshman 3B Kameron Gillespie on 2nd Team All Conference INF. Gillespie hit .280 on the year with 6 doubles, 12 RBI’s, 22 R, .431 OBP and stole 15 bags. Defensively he manned the left side of the diamond 58 Assists and 29 Putouts. Brings it everyday, works on his game constantly but the best part of his game is his humble approach to baseball! @LanghorstPicts
