However, Asia particularly SK Japan and China associate good looks as as the bare minimum to deliver customer service whereas the west doesn’t. I’ve had good service from a 54 year old woman.

@spitnfacts All of the countries you have mentioned have the same problems that you’re alluding to about the UK but it’s not as ‘black and white’ as you think. They are multi-cultural places with tension deriving from different ethnic groups - uk is actually better using your own metrics.
