Colorado, let’s start with the damn truth:
Trump is being sued by multiple states. Nonstop all day, every day.
Ninety‑plus lawsuits. Coalitions of states lining up like it’s a sport. Immigration, elections, tariffs, executive orders, they sue him for anything they can grab.

And here’s the part nobody wants to admit:
Democratic presidents have used the SAME tools. Emergency powers. Executive orders. Regulatory authority. They’ve done it for decades. Nobody sues them for it. Nobody drags them through the courts like criminals.

But when Trump uses the exact same presidential authority?
They sue him.
They scream “overreach.”
They act like he’s breaking the Constitution every time he signs a piece of paper.

It’s a double standard so obvious it’s insulting.

And let’s be honest, Trump hasn’t broken the law.
He hasn’t violated the Constitution.
If he had, the Supreme Court would’ve shut him down already. They haven’t.
He follows court orders. He listens to rulings. He restrains himself.
He gets zero credit for any of it.

Now let’s bring this home to Colorado.

Phil Weiser, our Attorney General, sues Trump every chance he gets. Every single chance. It’s like he wakes up wondering what else he can file against Trump. That’s his whole career. That’s his whole identity.

And now he wants to be governor?

For what?
What has he done for Colorado?
Crime? Worse.
Costs? Higher.
Leadership? Zero.
Actual accomplishments? None.

A bombshell court declaration places Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser right at the center of a 25-year systemic corruption machine. This is not even real… a sitting United States Senator is using his official Senate account to call a Colorado woman an "election criminal" for life because she sat down with the President of the United States and talked about elections.

Let me explain something, John. Meeting with the President is not a crime, talking about voting machines is not a crime, and the woman you are smearing is out on parole because your own Democrat governor commuted her sentence. Hillary, at this point, what difference does it make?

Was the muslim just out for an innocent walk that day, or did he deliberately decide to murder his fellow Americans?

Was it a peaceful gathering, or was it a planned mass shooting?

On November 5, 2009, the muslim opened fire at Fort Hood, murdering 13 Americans and wounding 32 others. An unborn child also lost its life.

He wasn’t some random civilian who wandered onto a military installation.

He was a MAJOR in the United States Army. A field-grade commissioned officer. A man entrusted with authority under a PRESIDENTIAL commission, leadership responsibilities, and the care of American service members.

He had sworn an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States.

He didn’t just betray his fellow soldiers. He betrayed his commission, his oath, his uniform, and the country that entrusted him with that authority.

He had military trial, he was convicted and sentenced to death.

Now Hillary Clinton wants to lecture Americans about how publicly executing this convicted mass murderer would be beneath our country’s dignity?

Are you kidding me?

You want to talk about what’s beneath America’s dignity?

It’s how our own government treated the victims and their families.

It’s the years when the Fort Hood attack was treated as workplace violence rather than properly recognizing its terrorism-related nature.

It’s the families who buried their loved ones while fighting for the recognition their sacrifice deserved.

It’s the wounded warriors who survived being shot by one of their own officers, only to face another battle over their recognition and benefits.

It’s the fact that Congress had to change the law before these Americans could finally receive Purple Hearts and other recognition in 2015.

Nearly six years later!

Six years for the government to do right by the very Americans who signed the dotted line, raised their right hands, and swore to defend this country.

They honored their oath.

the muslim betrayed his.

And our government made them wait years for the recognition they deserved.

That’s what offends America’s dignity.

The muslim received due process, He received legal representation, He received a trial.
Hell, He received the opportunity to defend himself,

His victims received no such opportunity when he opened fire.

Their lives, sacrifices and their families deserve more concern more recognition way more dignity than the public execution of the pig who murdered them.

Don’t ever expect a lefty politician to tell the truth. In fact, I was never found guilty of “election crimes “ I was convicted of “attempting to influence a public servant”. Those were the felonies. Gold standard… that is what Jared Polis called Colorado elections on Thursday, "nation-leading, gold-standard, secure," in the same week roughly 800,000 voters in Adams, Arapahoe, Douglas and Weld got ballots with a tax question they are not even allowed to vote on. And the fix from Jena Griswold's office? Tell the clerks to reprogram the voting systems so the machines decide which of your votes count and which ones don't, with hand reviews in Bow Mar and Sterling Ranch because those neighborhoods are split.

Think about that for a second… if they can change a setting and tell the machines to ignore one question on 800,000 ballots, what else can a setting do? I have been asking that question for years while they called it a conspiracy, and now the Secretary of State's own office is putting it in writing.

@jaredpolis, if this is your gold standard, open the configurations and the testing to the public before one ballot gets counted.
