Sitting at the very top of the stadium, angry.

Not for the memorial, but that the stage we are at… rumors swirl, official narrative becomes largely unbelievable…

It is the realization that we do not trust any part of our government. It’s rotted to the core in nearly every part.

And as I sit here, contemplating the life of Charlie Kirk… I’m jaded by the simple fact that no one is telling the truth. No one is being held accountable. Fraudulent elections, rotted judiciary, rotted fbi, rotted DOJ, rotted congress… all while smiles of how much we are winning…

Not one person arrested. Tina Peters still in jail. Law-fare continues and judges still saying, “there is no evidence” while mountains of evidence is presented. Children still groomed, education still infiltrated by this evil indoctrination… a country in nearly absolute disrepair.

We closed a border. Yay. We taxed other countries. Yay. Crime is down. Yay.

RECAP: They killed millions with the COVID hoax, forcing ventilators on unsuspecting victims. They denied treatments like ivermectin, of course until Pfizer could create “Pfixermectin”. They filled our families with poison and fired, ridiculed and ostracized anyone that would not take it.

They stole our elections, one by one, state by state until they had enough density to persecute and steal the lives and fortunes of Americans. Then they stole our voice, cancelled, bullied and ridiculed those that stood up. They used a media apparatus to inflict the pain with lies and slander. They said, you have no proof… and yet we have plenty.

They raped, trafficked and groomed our women and children. When men stood up, they said it was toxic masculinity. They said “how dare you stand”

The lies are too numerous to count. The narrative too evil to ignore. Then they assassinated Charlie. Let that sink in.

Mr. President,

Enough is enough… arrest them all, ban machines. Ban mail in ballots. Start with the first promise you ever made…

“Together, we will determine the course of America and the world for years to come.
We will face challenges. We will confront hardships. But we will get the job done.”

We must give the people back their voice and that starts with not just a bold and virtuous vision, yet with bold action. There are problems and there are symptoms. This represents a unique opportunity to work the problem that gives people the ability to eliminate the rot, a symptom of a captured nation and captured states.

We love you Mr. President. We love Charlie. We love and serve our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

It’s time to give us back what was never theirs to take. Restore it.

🚨 @SECGov says every dollar in Tim Barton’s estate is “tainted” by crime.

There’s just one problem: Barton has never been to trial.

And according to Barton, here’s how they reached that conclusion:
❌ No forensic audit, which he says the receiver and his own staff admitted under oath

180 Years for a Man Who Hasn’t Been Convicted

🚨 Tim Barton hasn’t been convicted of anything.

But the federal government has already:
❌ Seized his businesses
❌ Sold off his properties and artwork through a court-appointed receiver
❌ Drained his resources until he’s representing himself
❌ Stacked nine counts carrying up to 180 years in federal prison

You want to know how the system protects itself… it doesn't fight you head on, it just waits you out until everybody stops paying attention.

Tyler Robinson is the man charged with murdering Charlie Kirk in front of a crowd of students at Utah Valley University, and his lawyers now want to push his trial to the third quarter of 2029. Four years after Charlie was killed. Erika Kirk just filed against it, asking for the trial to be held in 2027, and her motion calls the defense timeline "grossly out of line with comparable cases." She is right, and every one of you knows she is right.

Let me explain what a delay like that actually does. Witnesses move, memories fade, the cameras go home, and the outrage that filled a stadium with grieving Americans gets folded up and filed away while the lawyers bill hours and the calendar does the work for them. Justice delayed is justice denied, and the people who run our courts know that better than anyone… so why is a 2029 date even on the table? How is this even a thing?

And yet a widow has to walk into court and ask the system to do the one job it exists to do. Think about that. She buried her husband, she picked up his work, she stood on a stage and forgave, and now she has to fight the clock too. Funny how the same system moves at lightning speed when it wants to, and crawls when it would rather you forget.

I am not asking for a show trial and I am not asking for shortcuts. I want a fair trial, a real date, and a verdict while Charlie's kids are still young enough to know their father mattered to the country he loved. Is that really too much to ask?

To the court in Utah… set the trial for 2027. Swift justice for Charlie Kirk.

LOL… so Stella Parton says a machine at a library outside Nashville flipped her vote three times, and suddenly the same people who spent five years calling us conspiracy nuts want everyone to double check their ballot before it goes through the machine.

Welcome to the club. Tina Peters had her life torn apart and her freedom taken for asking questions about what was going on inside these machines, and the same crowd passing this around today called her a liar and cheered when the judge threw the book at her. Now keep in mind officials are already blaming stray touches and calibration, which is exactly what they told every one of us… I have to laugh at how fast "safe and secure" gets a footnote when the flip goes the other way.

So which is it? Either these machines can be trusted or they cannot, and you do not get to pick based on who it hurts this week.

BREAKING: Steve Baker and Kyle Seraphin just sat down with two federal law enforcement veterans, one formerly ATF and one formerly with the Air Marshals, to break down the FBI's own "Hoodie" video in the January 6 pipe bomb case… and Baker says it points to someone equipped like a cop, not Brian Cole Jr.

Baker says the footage shows a handgun printing through the gray hoodie, a light body armor vest with hard edges front and back, and when the zipper comes down something that looks a lot like the hand mic of a police radio. Baker says the way that mic is worn points to someone trained and equipped like a police officer. No officer has been charged with anything.

Brian Cole Jr. is the young man with autism the FBI arrested last December and charged with planting the bombs at the RNC and DNC. He pleaded not guilty. Days ago Baker released Capitol CCTV he says shows Cole on the opposite side of the Capitol while the bomber was placing devices.

The FBI has had this video for almost six years. Kash Patel, Dan Bongino, Todd Blanche and Jeanine Pirro need to release everything they have and explain why Cole is still the one being prosecuted.

After Congressman Massie's letter raised questions about the two plainclothes Capitol Police officers who found the DNC pipe bomb, Steve Baker put the surveillance footage from the afternoon of January 6 back in front of everyone. Baker says these officers never really looked… they went straight to it like they already knew where it was.

In Baker's November 2025 reporting with Joseph Hanneman for Blaze Media, they documented the officers walking past the bomb under the bench, going to one bush by the Congressional Black Caucus Institute and ducking to look under it at 1:03 p.m. That was the same bush where the hooded suspect sat and rummaged through a backpack 17 hours earlier. Two minutes later they were back at the DNC finding the bomb, and Baker and Hanneman reported those two spots are the only places they are seen searching in more than 11 minutes of footage.

Now keep in mind, nobody in this video has been charged with anything. These are questions, and the FBI should have asked them five years ago before it locked up Brian Cole Jr.

BREAKING: Congressman Thomas Massie just sent a letter to FBI Director Kash Patel demanding a review of the new Capitol CCTV video, the release of Brian Cole Jr., and a real investigation into who actually planted the January 6 pipe bombs.

The letter is dated October 21 and copied to Todd Blanche, Jeanine Pirro, Speaker Mike Johnson and Jim Jordan… and Massie says Steve Baker's footage appears to show Cole walking on the northwest side of the Capitol on the evening of January 5 while someone in a gray hoodie was placing bombs at the DNC and behind the Capitol Hill Club. His words, if that man is Cole "he cannot be the same person" and the DOJ "must release Brian Cole Jr."

He also wants answers on the 51 phone numbers cleared because of official connections, the January 5 cell data the FBI called "corrupt," and the Secret Service phones destroyed despite five preservation orders. Nobody else has been charged with anything and Massie is asking questions, not accusing anyone.

So a sitting congressman is on the record, the FBI has the video, and a young man is still sitting in a cell?

He Asked the Judge to Step Aside. The Judge Said No to Himself.

🚨 Christopher Gregory, the watchdog who won the first-ever discipline of a Colorado chief justice, asked for one thing: a judge without a conflict.

Judge J. Keith Collins was the judge he said was conflicted.

So who decided whether Collins should step aside?
Collins.

His answer, October 22, 2026: DENIED. No explanation. Not one word.
Gregory’s filing lays out six reasons Collins should have recused, including that he’s a material witness, recused from two identical cases with just “I recuse,” and refused to disclose his conflicts.

And the Attorney General’s office? Representing the other side in Gregory v. Weiser.

Colorado’s own Supreme Court says a judge must be “free of all taint of bias.” Apparently that rule has an exception. 🧵

my take is this is bullshit. There are what are called joint defense agreements that share information all the time. And so you are aware there is nothing that stops the sharing of information or lawyers.
