@WestMidRailway @nxwestmidlands Just got home and disgusted by it all. Out of pocket for paying for thr bus from new street to Longbridge as driver was rude and wouldn't accept train tickets. Will be getting a refund through PayPal and the bank!

The bus 63 driver we got from new street at 4.20 wouldn't let us board without paying, was rude to all customers who showed him trains cancelled so we are now even more it of pocket and can't claim delay repay as we scanned the ticket in the station!

@EE I have tried 3 times to get through to the call centre and a loop playing constantly saying "We are transferring you to an advisor" the cutting off. I have been overcharged and need the issue rectified

@goustocooking do not use these! I paused my subscription but apparently I also needed to cancel the box! So I have now been charged for an order I paused! Helpline wasn't any good, and no refund. I've used subscription services before and pausing an account means it's paused!!

ugh I know you’re all gonna shout at me/wilfully miss the point - but potentially asking the fully vaccinated to lock down, to save unvaccinated people clogging up the nhs, is quite a big ask?

@sajidjavid Take a look at this before you decide to lock us down again! We didn't have any lockdowns from 2012 to 2019 so why now when the NHS is still in the same mess.....oh wait we'll all have cheese and wine parties instead. I won't be following any lockdowns from now.
