@Joulesclothing I have been waiting 49 days for a refund, I have sent 3 emails some weeks apart and no response despite confirmation initial email you have received the return and a refund would be actioned, I still await £150. Very disappointing and not what I would expect.

@Joulesclothing At last received a response following receiving no confirmation to numerous emails some 47 later days. Unbelievably just received a gift card for the refund. I do not want a gift card, I want my full refund in cash, you asked me to dm and then all operators busy and request email
